Drove +190% LinkedIn follower growth, 2.5× email subscriber growth, and 45% increase in web traffic through the organization's first organic growth strategy across web, email, and social.

End-to-end conception and launch of Ownership Works' first original video content series — capturing 20+ short-form interviews with investors, company leaders, and employee-owners at the 2026 Spring Convening. This series allows O.W.'s most influential champions to speak directly to their peers, encouraging them to adopt employee ownership. This new series is already seeing strong social engagement and spurring new opportunities with partners.

Lead copywriter for Teach For America's 2019 "Alumni and Staff Giving Challenge." The campaign featured a donation match that doubled the impact of alumni donations, increasing alumni participation by 13% and generating $2.5 million in total funds (over $1 million in alumni donations, exceeding campaign goal).
